1. When is my order shipped?

We ship your item within 24hours of the order being placed, except on business holidays, in which case it is shipped on the next working day.

      4. I am on a Subscription plan, When will I receive my package?

      In Subscription plans, we ship your package every 30 days from your first purchase date, however, if you want to skip a month or change the dates, you are more than welcome to do that. Simply email us at info@nargsitea.com or directly drop us a message through the "Chat with us" button on the website which takes you to our WhatsApp chat service. 

        5. Is it safe to order online & pay upfront for my Subscription?

        We use the most technologically advanced payment processing services on the web. Your payments are completely secured. Your orders are dealt with utmost priority. We never compromise on our commitments. If you ever feel that you are still not convinced, we will offer a refund to you. There are various customers who have successfully placed orders with us

          6. Are there any Joining or Cancellation fees?

          There are no such fees. You only pay for the stuff we ship you.

            7. What are my payment options?

            We accept all major credit cards, Debit cards, Net Banking, Wallets, UPI & Bank transfer. We also offer COD 

              8. I don't want to start a Subscription plan, Can I still order the products?

              Yes, Absolutely. We have options for a single time purchase also. However there are significant savings if you opt for a subscription plan, and you will never run out of tea at odd hours.

                9. I want to cancel my Subscription plan?

                You can cancel your subscription anytime. Your balance amount from the subscription will be refunded to your account within 10 business days after deducting for delivered boxes.

                  10. I am not convinced about the authenticity of the product?

                  We take our Food standards & safety very strictly. All our teas go through stringent quality checks. We are recognized members of the Tea Board of India & APEDA. We also hold Food certifications such as FSSAI, ISO 22000-2005 & even some international standards such as FDA & GMP. You can order one of our affordable starter packs here & test it yourself

                    11. I am not satisfied with the product?

                    If you find that you're not completely satisfied with the tea. please send us a quick message on why it didn't meet your standards. We will try to offer a quick replacement for your product or we will gladly issue you a refund.

                      12. Why shouldn't I just buy the tea from the grocery store?

                      There's nothing worse than getting ready to make a cup of tea only to realize you are out of it. Or serving your guests with average tasting tea. This scenario will never happen with us - we keep you stocked up with fresh tea every month. Plus, unlike the store, our teas are not sitting on shelves & warehouses for ages. We ship our teas directly from tea growing regions. They are much fresher & Delicious.
