Our Prevention Policy for COVID-19


As the situation around COVID-19, evolves day to day, our top priority during these challenging times continues to be the health and safety of our customers, co-workers, and communities. 


All our employees have been trained on proper hand-washing protocol, work areas are being cleaned before shipping each package and all employees wear vinyl gloves while packing orders. Our team is committed to staying healthy and helping our customers stay healthy, too. 


We apologise for any delays in getting the order to you as it may be impacted by the logistic issues beyond our control and may cause a bit of a wait. We hope to maintain regular order shipments as best we can, and we appreciate your patience. 


Following MHA guidelines, Tea has been identified as an essential commodity and can be delivered to all the zones (red, orange, green) with an exception to all containment areas falling under these zones.
